All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example where payment authorisation cannot be obtained or where stock is unavailable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK and internationally using Royal Mail and DHL.

  • Dispatch time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.
  • Tracked shipping: All orders include tracked delivery.
  • Shipping days: We dispatch Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Delivery times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

We are not liable for delays outside our control, including postal strikes, weather disruptions, or customs delays.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. We will not issue refunds or replacements for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the item is unopened, sealed, and in resaleable condition.

If you wish to return an unopened package, you must do so at your own cost. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.

We do not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit during a return.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and verified. We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of receipt.

Refunds will not be granted for items:

  • Returned without prior notice
  • Damaged due to mishandling by the customer
  • Sent to the wrong address

If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed (e.g. incorrect address, uncollected parcel, or failed delivery attempts), the cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will not issue a refund for non-delivery where the delivery address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and do not include VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, shipping rates, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice. If an error occurs in pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel or proceed with the corrected price.

We do not currently operate any subscription or recurring payment services.
